DIY kits allow you access to my luxury latex balloon collection so you can make something completely custom and unique. 

 

These kits include my own specified instructions and materials for a VERY beginner friendly method to make your own balloon garland. I will offer these for minis, standard and luxury sizes with the option to create your own color scheme.
